Return Guidelines (Within 30 Days)
All items purchased from Dannhich.com must meet the following requirements to be eligible for a refund or exchange. There are no exceptions:
Items must be unused and in original, brand-new condition.
Returns must be shipped within 30 days of delivery.
Any glass damage must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility and are not refundable, including any expedited shipping fees.
We strongly recommend using tracked and insured shipping for returns. Dannhich is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.
Route Package Protection is recommended for added security during return transit.
Items that are opened, tampered with, or have broken seals may incur a 20–50% processing fee. Incomplete returns may also result in additional fees.
Dannhich reserves the right to refuse any return or request additional information if necessary.
Refunds are processed within two (2) business weeks after the returned item is received and inspected.
If all conditions are met, a full refund or exchange will be issued.
Returns After 30 Days
Items are not eligible for return or exchange after 30 days from the delivery date.
